Terms of Use

1. The service

Mexta Enterprise AI Studio helps organizations transform source material into visual, multilingual training content. Features may include document intake, AI-assisted writing, production planning, media generation, translation, sharing, and learning records. Some features are experimental or supplied through third-party providers.

2. Accounts and organizational authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. If you use Mexta for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to submit its material and accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Mexta to:

• break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, or create harmful or abusive material;
• upload information you do not have permission to process;
• probe, disrupt, bypass, or overload security or service controls;
• introduce malware, scrape the service at scale, or resell access without written permission; or
• represent AI-generated material as approved safety instruction before qualified human review.

4. Customer content and generated output

You retain your rights in material you submit. You give Mexta and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, translate, and transform that material to provide and secure the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for your organization. You are responsible for checking that inputs and outputs are accurate, authorized, and suitable for their intended audience.

5. Safety-critical use

Mexta assists content production; it is not a safety authority, engineering control, legal adviser, or substitute for a competent person. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Before release, qualified personnel must verify every procedure, hazard, control, language, image, and instruction against the source material, site conditions, and applicable rules.

6. Availability and changes

Early-access functions may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material planned changes to active customers.

7. Third-party services

Some functionality depends on third-party hosting, email, AI, translation, or media providers. Their availability and terms may affect a feature. Mexta is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website and early-access service are provided “as is” and “as available.” Mexta does not promise that generated output is error-free or fit for a specific operational purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional warranties, service levels, fees, and liability terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information. Customers are responsible for providing any notices and permissions required for the people whose information they submit.

10. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory rights that apply elsewhere. Questions, legal notices, and requests for the current customer agreement may be sent through our contact page.
