Mexta Enterprise AI Studio is an enterprise software service that helps organizations turn operational and safety material into visual, multilingual training. Mexta operates from the United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page.

2. Information we process

• Account information, such as name, work email, organization, department, and authentication records.
• Content submitted to the service, including documents, scripts, instructions, brand assets, media, and project settings.
• Generated project content, review decisions, translations, and training-delivery records.
• Technical and usage information, including device, browser, IP address, security logs, product events, and error diagnostics.
• Messages and information you send when requesting support, a demonstration, or account assistance.

Please do not upload personal, confidential, or safety-sensitive information that your organization is not authorized to process through the service.

3. Why we use information

We process information to:

• provide, secure, maintain, and improve Mexta;
• create and deliver the projects and training experiences requested by customers;
• authenticate users, prevent abuse, and investigate operational or security incidents;
• send requested transactional messages, including email verification, password recovery, and service notices;
• respond to support, privacy, and business enquiries; and
• meet contractual and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use transactional email addresses to send unrelated marketing without an appropriate permission or other lawful basis.

4. Service providers and international processing

Mexta uses vetted hosting, database, email, observability, artificial-intelligence, media, and content-delivery providers to operate the service. These providers may process data in other countries under contractual and technical safeguards. Customer content may be sent to the providers required to perform the feature the customer chooses.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type, customer agreement, backup cycle, and legal requirement. Customers may ask us to delete or return eligible account information and content.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport, restricted production access, audit records, and authentication protections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect their credentials and review generated material before operational use.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law may apply to some processing. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for an organization before completing a request.

8. Cookies and similar technology

Mexta uses essential browser storage and cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and reliable service operation. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregated use of our website and service, such as page visits and feature milestones. We do not send account details, training content, project identifiers, upload names, share links, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. You can accept or reject analytics cookies when prompted, and change that choice through Cookie settings on the site.

9. Children

Mexta is a business service and is not directed to children. Users must be authorized by their organization and legally able to enter into the applicable agreement.
